BLE Scanner

BLE Scanner is a lightweight diagnostic tool for discovering and analysing Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices in your vicinity.

What it does:
BLE Scanner continuously listens for BLE advertising packets and displays all discovered devices in a live, auto-updating list. Each device entry shows its name, MAC address, signal strength (RSSI), service UUIDs, raw advertising keys, and the time it was last seen.

Key features:

• Live beacon discovery with automatic deduplication – one row per device
• Filter by device name, UUID, MAC address, or minimum RSSI
• Sort any column ascending or descending
• Raw advertising data (keys and payloads) visible for every device
• Chronological event log with full packet details
• Signal indicator turns green when a filtered device is found
• Export found devices to JSON, XML or CSV

Who is it for:
Developers, engineers, and makers working with BLE devices – whether debugging a new peripheral, verifying advertising packets, identifying unknown devices, or simply exploring what is broadcasting nearby.

Technical notes:
Built with Delphi 13.1 / FireMonkey. Uses the Windows Bluetooth LE stack via TBluetoothLEManager. Requires a Bluetooth 4.0 or later adapter (usually built-in on modern computers).
