Launcher is a lightweight utility for Windows that helps you organize and launch your most-used commands, executables, and system tools — all from a compact, always-on-top window.

Organize your tools your way
Group commands into named categories and arrange them exactly as you need. Drag and drop items between groups, reorder with a single click, and keep everything tidy with full rename and delete support.

Launch anything with one click
Run executables, batch files, scripts, or system tools instantly. Need elevated privileges? Each command can optionally be launched as administrator — no extra steps required. Optionally, the window minimizes automatically after launching an app so it stays out of your way.

Drop it in — instantly
Drag any file, shortcut, or URL directly onto the Launcher window. Shortcuts are resolved automatically — target path, parameters, and working directory are extracted and pre-filled in the editor. Web links and any other file type are supported too.

Stays out of your way
The compact window can float above all other applications so your tools are always reachable. Minimize to the system tray when you don't need it, and restore instantly with a double-click.

Fully customizable commands
Each entry supports a caption, command path, parameters, working directory, window state, and a description. Environment variables like %TEMP% or %USERPROFILE% are expanded automatically.

Portable and persistent
All commands are saved as XML in your Documents folder and survive restarts. Export your configuration to share it with colleagues or keep as a backup — import it just as easily. Settings are stored separately in an INI file and can be opened and edited directly from within the app.
